Floorwalking / Go Live Support

This session provides on-site or remote assistance during the initial rollout of MRI Evolution. It is designed to support users in real time as they begin using the system in a live environment. The focus is on answering questions, resolving issues, reinforcing training, and ensuring users feel confident navigating and utilising key features of the platform.

Purpose

To provide hands-on support during the critical Go Live phase, helping users apply what they’ve learned in training to real-world scenarios. This support ensures a smooth transition to the live system by addressing queries, troubleshooting setup or usage issues, and guiding users through any unfamiliar processes. The aim is to build user confidence and minimise disruption during system adoption.

Duration

Typically varies depending on client needs and the size of the rollout.
