UAT Training and Support

This session is designed to prepare users for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of the MRI Evolution implementation. Participants will learn how to write and execute UAT scripts based on their configured processes, ensuring that the system performs in line with business requirements. The training also includes guidance on how to raise issues and queries, provide meaningful feedback, and reject test scripts or results where outcomes do not meet expectations. Users will be supported in navigating the UAT environment and validating key workflows from end to end.

Purpose

To ensure users are confident and capable during the UAT process, equipped with the skills to:

• Create detailed UAT scripts
• Execute test cases in the configured environment
• Raise issues and queries clearly and systematically
• Provide feedback for refinement or configuration updates

This phase is critical for ensuring that the system setup is fit for purpose before Go Live and that all necessary changes can be actioned efficiently.

Duration

To be decided by the client would normally be around 1 day.
