HomeSwapper & SwapTracker Training Package - System Admin

These are training courses specifically designed for the System Administrators or ‘Super Users’ within your organisation. The aim of the course is to enhance and refresh existing product knowledge and empower to make appropriate system level changes as required by the business.


There are many aspects of these systems which are under-utilised and/or tailorable to each organisation. Creating a team of ‘go to’ individuals benefit the business and allows the routing and resolution of lower-level system queries raised by end users.

This training includes: 
•    Specific training on how to create / amend users and a range of other administration functions such as customer approvals and reporting
•    Gain knowledge of core functions within the SwapTracker module, such as application processing, reporting, letter configuration and the approval and refusal process
•    User training on points of interest in each module, from tenant registration process to the management of documentation and application checks
This is priced at £1,400 plus VAT (Fixed Fee, Fixed Scope) 
Should your organisation have Recurring Services or Pre-Paid Credits then you can utilise these for this consultancy.
