HousingBrixx Training Package

This training package is aimed at Finance Staff involved in Long Range Planning and Regulatory Returns.

Why?

This operational review will provide the attendees with sufficient training to operate Housing Brixx, and to be able to build a simple structured plan. This will include the key elements of a Financial Statement, Opening Balances, Current Stock, Major Repairs, Operations, Treasury and Developments. It will also provide an introduction to Stress Testing. On completion of the course participants will:

Be familiar with the operation of HousingBrixx.
Be confident at setting up a simple Structured plan.
Be able to stress test that plan.

Pre-Requisites

The consultant and client will, prior to the consultancy, agree details of the session, confirm start and finish times and any prerequisites.

Attendees familiar with all Financial Statements
Person(s) who are responsible for: all or part of the planning process
Person(s) who have sufficient understanding of Finance and Accounting.

Includes

This training package includes:

Building a simple, structured plan including Current Stock, Opening Balance, Major Repairs, Operations, Treasury, Developments, and an introduction to Stress Testing
Can offer this training over 1 or 2 days.
