MRI Housing Enterprise BPM Consultancy Package – Centralised Notes

This solution will provide a single central store for all notes across the different MRI Housing Enterprise modules and BPM cases . You will be able to easily search for and view notes for customers on one screen based on date, type, and user, as well as specific text held within the note.   View the audit details of the original notes and quickly jump to the system area where the original notes were recorded. All existing notes will be migrated into the new centralised notes store and ongoing notes entered into MRI Housing Enterprise are automatically synchronised real-time.  Note areas include:

• Person notes
• UDC notes (person and tenancy)
• Rent and Arrears notes
• SMS messages using OHM
• Digital Self Service portal messages
• Case notes from BPM solutions
