MRI Technical Upgrade - IMS

The upgrade package is aimed at companies who wish take advantage of the latest release of MRI IMS and the enhancements that come with it or add new datamarts.

Why?

You will get access to a dedicated MRI Technical Consultant who will perform the upgrade for you.  The consultant will be available for any technical UAT issues encountered during the non-live and live upgrade. 

Includes
 

This package includes: 

  • 1 x non-live environment upgrade to the latest release or a release agreed with yourselves, within working business hours, with technical UAT support.
  • 1 x Live environment upgrade to the same release as the non-live environment, within working business hours, with technical UAT support 
Pricing

  • If additional non-live environments would like to be included we can provide a quote to reflect the additional effort.
  • Should your organisation have Recurring Services or Pre-Paid Credits then you can utilise these for this consultancy.

This is remote delivery; should you wish to have this delivered at your organisation a separate quotation can be provided.
