The Progress upgrade package is aimed at companies who require assistance applying the latest minor patch release against Progress Server and Client installations.

Why?

The Progress release contains bug fixes and addresses security vulnerabilities, but the company does not have the appropriate experience or resource internally to do this.

This package includes: 

  • 1 x non-live environment server upgrade to the latest release of Progress, within business hours.
  • 1 x non-live environment client upgrade to the latest release of Progress, within business hours.
  • 1 x live environment server upgrade to the latest release of Progress, outside business hours.
  • 1 x non-live environment client upgrade to the latest release of Progress, outside business hours.

  • If additional non-live environments would like to be included we can provide a quote to reflect the additional effort.
  • Should your organisation have Recurring Services or Pre-Paid Credits then you can utilise these for this consultancy.
