
MRI Workplace Central Health Check
This consultancy package is aimed at clients who have been using MRI Workplace Central for some time and wish to undertake a review of their current system. Tailored advice and best practices will be given for quick wins, and further recommendations for more wide-reaching benefits will be documented upon completion of the review.
Why?
The operational review will identify aspects of MRI Workplace Central which are not being used as efficiently as possible, identify knowledge gaps, and provide an insight into whether the current configuration suits the business requirements of today and in the future. MRI will report on the findings and provide a feedback session on the results of the Health Check.
Pre-Requisites
Prior to the commencement of the Health Check, an MRI subject matter expert (SME) and the client will agree details of the session, define whether the session will be virtual or on site, and confirm start and finish times.
Additional prerequisites will include:
- Person(s) who are responsible for the day-to-day operation of any active module within MRI Workplace Central.
- Person(s) who have sufficient understanding of the current and future business needs of the organisation to enable decisions relating to parameters.
- Client to provide access to relevant systems.
Includes
While Health Checks can cover various topics and subjects related to MRI Workplace Central, and these topics can vary from client to client, they typically include:
- An initial meeting to discuss high-level objectives, including any areas of concern.
- Review all existing core business processes with a core group representing each of the functional areas using MRI Workplace Central.
- A feedback session to review the high-level findings, areas of contention, best practices and any recommendations.
- Provide a detailed document confirming business processes reviewed and outlining go-forward recommendations. Advice will be given detailing any suggested changes to operational use to align with best practice methodology, further training requirements and any suggested changes to the existing system configuration.
