Report Writing Description

The HousingBrixx Report Writing Training is for advanced HousingBrixx users, who want to get the most out of the software. This will enable the attendee to create reports with advanced analysis capabilities. This will include customising existing reports or generating bespoke KPI/Covenant reports inside the HousingBrixx software, saving time and effort by eliminating the Excel based work. 

Content

• Full introduction and use of all the functions in the built-in Report Editors in HousingBrixx.
• Review the HousingBrixx Report system for storage and management of bespoke reports.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Chart of Account structures within the software for financial and non financial reporting.  
• Create test plans with simple value to data validation. 
• Create bespoke Income Statement and data analysis reports. 
• Cover the use of different ‘time states’ for accounts
• Create bespoke reports with KPIs like Interest Cover and Gearing including the underlying accounts for data validation
• Create Financial dashboard report for the KPI’s with conditional formatting to provide traffic lights based on various thresholds. 

Documentation is provided, however this is a very hands-on course.  Copies of all the reports and plans created during the day will also be provided. 

Prerequisites

• Attendees for this course must have completed the 2 day Housing Brixx Training course prior to attending this course.
• Attendees must hold an MRI HousingBrixx software licence.  Please ensure you have access to the software and are able to screen share.  It can be beneficial to have access to two screens.

Delivery

This training will be delivered live and remotely using Microsoft Teams.

£425 per attendee.  All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
