This packaged solution will provide the ability for specific home purchase application events to trigger emails and workitems as a means of notifying people within the organisation – and externally – when certain key events take place within the lifecycle of a customer’s application. In addition, workitem alerts for upcoming home purchase application target events can be set up. Alert events can also trigger customer CRM contacts to be created and linked to the applicants if required.
