Qube PM Consultancy Package - Operational Review

This consultancy package is aimed at companies who have been using Qube PM for some time and wish to understand how efficiently they are using the system. Your internal processes may have evolved since implementation and the business may have changed too. We will work with you to review existing business processes within Qube PM, with the aim of helping you realise its full potential. Ad-hoc advice will be given for quick wins, and further recommendations for more wide-reaching benefits and system optimisation will made upon completion of the review.

The operational review should identify aspects of Qube PM which are not being used as efficiently as possible, identify knowledge gaps within specific teams and provide an insight into whether the current configuration suits the business requirements of today.

This 5-day consultancy package includes:

• Initial meeting to discuss high-level objectives including any areas of concern
• Review all existing core business processes with a core group representing each of the functional areas using Qube PM
• Provide a document confirming business processes reviewed and outlining go-forward recommendations. Advice will be given detailing any suggested changes to operational use to align with best practice methodology, further training requirements and any suggested changes to the existing system configuration
