This is a training course specifically designed for the System Administrators or ‘Super Users’ within your organisation. The aim of the course is to enhance existing product knowledge and empower to make appropriate system level changes as required by the business.

There are many aspects of the system that can be modified by system Administrator/Superusers without the need to purchase consultancy time to achieve. Creating a team of ‘go to’ individuals also benefit the business and allows the routing and resolution of lower-level system queries raised by end users.

This 2-day course contains:
- Specific training on how to create / amend users and a range of other access-related functions such role creation and resetting passwords
- Gain knowledge of core functions within the Table Database module, such as creating import templates, maintain headings and amend form templates
- User training on points of interest in each module, from setting up User defined fields (Property Management) to creating/amending Journal Posting templates (Purchase Ledger)
