Qube PM: Technical System Review - Consultancy

This consultancy package is specifically targeted to focus on achieving greater system optimization.  Working within your ‘Live’ environment, the consultant will undertake analysis of your Qube PM system.  This will range from confirming the version being used and whether dashboard functionality is available to evaluating if archiving of records should be considered. The consultant will also run a series of routines to identify data anomalies.  All will be documented along with recommended next steps in a written report

Part of using a system efficiently is to ensure data has been optimised as comprehensively as possible.  There can be direct benefits to end users such as faster searching, quicker reporting and improved data integrity. The consultant will provide advice concerning how to achieve this.  Run routines to identify errors, anomalies & opportunities for system clean-up.
