Revenue & Benefits: Best Practice Review - Consultancy

Duration: 5 Days – per service area

The revised version of the Health Check provides a better customer experience.

Instead of MRI reviewing the application’s usage, generating a report & leaving the customer to act on the report. The new Best Practice Review offers to assist the customer in getting any recommendations made from the initial review &
report, into the live working environment over a 6-month period.

The initial one and a half days (per service area) are spent on site, reviewing processing with the remainder of the second day documenting our findings.

The first follow up day will be scheduled in for a month later, to remotely review recommendations & what the customer has/hasn’t been able to react on.

The second follow up day will be scheduled in for 3 months after the initial work. A consultant will remotely assist the customer to focus & action any recommendations made in the report.

The final follow-up day will be scheduled in for 6 months after the initial work. This is used to support the customer focus on & make live any changes suggested to processes/procedures or install any unused functionally.

This approach should provide the customer with the expert consultancy support required to take full advantage of all recommendations made in the initial report.
