For many years MRI Revenues & Benefits’ consultants have assisted customers with their End of Year (EoY) process. MRI Revenues and Benefits team’s fully managed EoY service is designed to help customers complete their end of year processing to schedule. This service offers customers vital resilience during a high-pressure period of the financial year and much needed capacity to ensure that all tasks can be completed in a timely manner.

The Service includes:

A dedicated Project Manager who will meet with you before the process starts, to plan out all the activities and capture all deliverables. A mid-point meeting is arranged for after the ‘test’ run is complete and will ensure all reasonable events have been planned for. A post-live meeting captures any lessons learned and wraps up the project.

  • Assistance with cleansing your data - advice on integrity errors/document archiving/data cleansing to ensure that the ‘live’ database is as clean as possible prior to starting the EoY process
  • Reviewing and entering all EoY Parameters
  • Running the full EoY process against both ‘test’ & ‘live’ databases
  • Providing balancing reports for ‘test’ and ‘live’ of all the key EoY processes to meet your requirements
  • Managing the creation of ‘test’ print files for all of your EoY documents for your review and approval
  • Managing the creation of your ‘live’ print files for submission to your printers
  • Optionally, loading your Housing Association EoY rent increases if required
  • Assisting you in end of year processes over 31st March/1st April
  • Our consultants are able to react to and factor in any amendments in response to any software issues that are identified
  • Liaising with your/our technical services department to ensure that all requirements around upgrades/checkpoints/roll-backs/checking of available disk space are covered
  • As part of the overall managed service, we will also plan to provide an on-site presence in case of technical issues (e.g. lack of connectivity to your server).
