  •  Initial Assessment: The service includes (but is not restricted to) cleansing of removing of old report tables that are no longer needed, old or irrelevant employer/landlord records, collector records no longer used within the system, old documents no longer required.
  • Planning: Develop a detailed project plan outlining the steps, timelines, and resources required for the data cleanse.
  • Reports: Ensure all targeted data has been successfully deleted and the database is clean. Conduct checks to ensure no critical data has been inadvertently deleted and integrity of the database is maintained.
